A Hiding Place

Miss Audrey is becoming more adventurous and imaginative everyday.  For instance, her new hiding spot....behind the trash drawer....yes, the trash drawer!  She discovered that she could pull out the trash drawer and make a neat little hiding place.  Oh, what will be next!?

More fun with Bun-Bun

Miss Audrey loves spending time with Bun-Bun.  She takes him most places she goes.  She even reads to him!  How precious!  

Bun-Bun

Meme gave Audrey a big, furry, cuddly bunny for Easter this year. This cute little bunny has become known as 'Bun-Bun'; and Audrey loves 'Bun-Bun'! Bun-Bun has many great adventures with Audrey. He is taken almost everywhere. Bun-Bun recently took a bath in the washing machine, and came out extra fluffy!

Mommy says, 'eat your veggies'

Many changes have been taking place for Miss Audrey. One of which is, she is enjoying the fun of feeding herself these days. I wouldn't say it is without a few messy moments, but she certainly has some fun at meal time! Carrots and banana are the chef's favorite.

Happy 9 Months Miss Audrey!!

It's just amazing how fast time is passing us by! I can't believe it has been 9 month! Life has been enriched beyond words in this last 9 months.

I would have to say the word for this month has been BUSY! Not with events, but just a busy little girl! Miss Audrey has mastered crawling, pulling-up, standing, and it won't be long before the walking begins. She has welcomed her first two teeth (bottom), and seems to have her own language these days. It is absolutely precious to hear her babbling all the time. She is still doing lots of paddie-cake and waving hello and goodbye.

Last but not least, she has learned to crawl up the stairs. Ms. Bess is always there with a watchful eye as she attempts the climb. We look forward to lots of fun and growing in this next month. What a blessing she is to us!

Meme came to visit

Oh how we love to see Meme! Meme came to visit for the weekend and we had so much fun! I don't know who has more fun, Audrey or Meme. Meme let Miss Audrey do anything she wanted to do....what else are grandmothers for! There were non-stop pictures taken, laughter and playtime with Meme.

We went to see Mama Capitan (great-grandmother, 91) and enjoyed every minute. Again, I'm not sure who enjoyed it more, Audrey or Mama.

Happy Birthday Aunt Em!

Wow, what a fun night we had on Friday! We celebrated Emily George's birthday with a wonderful dinner (prepared by Chef Daddy), cake, balloons, and FIREWORKS! As you can see by the pictures, a good time was had by all!  Emily is so special to all of us. She helped Mommy so much in the first few months of motherhood....she is priceless!
